Haiga Gallery

I did this series in circles because for me the circle is a symbol that contains great spiritual significance.  The circle is a mandala that represents the Circle of Life, the the Wheel of Birth,Death and Rebirth, and the second law of thermodynamics.  The circle is sacred to many cultures, including the Native Americans. Many ancient cultures have meditated on circular art images as a way of connecting with the Source.

All the art on this site has been created and copyrighted by CarrieAnn Thunell.  Copyrights 2005 and 2006. None of these images may be used without my written and hand-signed permission.
